• Competitor analysis – covering your key competitors for your identified region.
• SWOT analysis (Strengths/Weaknesses/Opportunities/Threats)

Our marketing plans can be extended to cover other additional topics if requested, and a quote will be provided prior to commencement.

Our Service Excludes:

• Full tactical marketing plan which normally follows a marketing strategic plan.  This is an additional service, and is dependent on the results of the marketing strategies identified.  This service will be quoted as/when required.
