RBP Management Capability Development Fund

Aztera Marketing offers services that are registered with the Management Capability Development Fund. Under this fund we offer a range of Marketing Services.

This means that if your business is eligible, it allows you to access up to 50% of marketing training and one-on-one coaching from Aztera Marketing. Funding is capped at $5,000 +GST per annum; the amount approved is decided by the programme’s local Growth Advisor.

Small and medium sized businesses may qualify for this funding to help pay for these marketing services / coaching / training, which build the management capabilities of their owners and key managers.

Service 1:

Increase sales with online & digital marketing

With this service I will upskill and train you on the many aspects of online and digital marketing. Nowadays, having an effective and sales focused website, combined with using smart, targeted marketing tactics, can significantly impact on your lead generation, lead conversion, and sales results.

Our one-on-one training will upskill you on many aspects of online and digital marketing, specifically tailored to your business and your specific requirements and business challenges.

Our one-on-one training approach will cover the following:

  • The importance and role of your website as a lead generation tool. Its core role, and how it fits in and supports your Social Media tactics.
  • Search engine optimisation (SEO) – what it is, how it works, what you need to focus on, and improvements needed to your own website.
  • Key aspects and features of a well performing website, including page navigation, page content and placement.
  • Development and use of targeted messaging on your website including positioning of your business against key competitors.
  • Understanding ‘Lead Generation’ vs ‘Lead Conversion’, what to focus on as part of the sales funnel.
  • Use of Facebook – Posts, Facebook Ads, Facebook Business page, plus Google Ads. How to use effectively, and the differences of each.
  • Effective use and set up of your Google My Business.

The programme will include an initial review of your current marketing tactics, website, and digital marketing activities to better understand your current status, prior to commencing the training.

The programme will be delivered by Zoom and/or in-person meetings.

Service 2:

Increase your sales by reducing key barriers

Our one-on-one coaching programme is focused on improving your marketing and sales approach. It is designed to build your skills and capabilities in key areas around customer behaviour, purchasing barriers, and what you can do to improve and increase your sales.

Our training and coaching programme will cover the following key areas:

  • Understanding what ‘barriers’ exist within your customers’ mind, and that you can implement some simple and easy tactics.
  • Understanding ‘purchasing apathy’, ‘switching factors’ and social proof marketing; how it impacts on marketing your products / services.
  • How to differentiate your business, and where appropriate, implementing ‘point of difference’ marketing.
  • Marketing your products and services using ‘benefit focused’ marketing and not focusing on the ‘features’.
  • The importance and role of building your Know, Like, and Trust factors.
  • Understanding your target markets and how to communicate to them in a persuasive and compelling manner. This includes identifying your ideal customer profile, and reviewing your existing customers with a Tier 1 to Tier 4 perspective.
  • Understanding the importance of having an entry-level product/service offering.

This programme will be delivered by Zoom and/or in-person meetings.

Service 3:

Marketing planning for the real world in 2021

With my one-on-one coaching I will upskill and train you to develop a Strategic Marketing Plan for your business. This programme is focused on guiding you through the planning process, that’s not too onerous or time consuming. Our approach keeps you tightly focused on areas that matter.

Our one-on-one training will take you through the process of upskilling you, to develop a highly focused and customised Strategic Marketing Plan (approx. 5 pages).

This planning approach is designed for small to medium sized businesses, not wanting an onerous, large, complex marketing plan. It’s real, relevant, and designed to provide a structured approach and focus for the SME business owner.

Your Strategic Marketing Plan will cover the following key areas:

  • Overview of the market for your key products / services.
  • Analysis of key customer needs.
  • Competitor analysis – covering your key competitors for your identified region.
  • SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats).
  • Market Positioning/Point of Difference.
  • Identifying your key target markets and customer profile/s.
  • Identifying key marketing strategies / tactics for your key target markets.

It will also include guiding you to your current marketing activities to identify the ‘gaps’ of existing to the new set path.

To be delivered by Zoom and/or in-person meetings, including follow-up calls and emails.
