Through the process of providing our service to you, we may need to share your contact details with another service provider (e.g. graphic designer, web designer, print provider, website hosting provider). Cookies / Third Party Tracking Tools

  • We use Google Analytics to help understand how our online visitors use this site.  Google Analytics uses ‘cookies’, which are small text files placed on your computer. These cookies enable us to track things like what pages you have visited, how long you were on the site, etc.
  • We use Meta (Facebook) Pixels for tracking, which is a cookie-like code.
  • For both Google Analytics and Meta Pixels, the information is collected in an anonymous and aggregate manner, and enables us to receive collated data and level of reporting, regarding the activity on our website.
  • We use Google Ads Enhanced Conversions tracking, to track the performance and measurement of our Google Ads campaigns.  With this, if you complete our online form, your provided email address will be sent in a secure way, using a one-way hashing algorithm called SHA256 (Secure Hash Algorithm 256-bit, which is used for cryptographic security), to Google, as part of their new ads measurement conversion tracking method.
  • From time to time, Aztera Marketing will undertake Google Remarketing and Meta Remarketing, to advertise our marketing services. As a result any visitors to the aztera.co.nz website may be shown targeted ads, as a result of visiting our website. These displayed ads are triggered from your website visit; we cannot see any personal data of any individual user. 

We collect this information so that we can continue to monitor, measure and improve our website performance, and to undertake and measure our promotional activities using Google Ads and/or Meta.

Option to Turn Off Cookies: At any time you can choose to turn off all cookies through changing your browser ‘Settings’; simply visit your browser’s Help menu to be guided on the necessary steps.

Option to adjust your Personal Meta Ad Settings: You can adjust these settings by being signed into your Meta account and visiting Settings / Ads.

At Aztera Marketing we take great care to ensure all your personal information provided to us from our website is kept safe and secure. We undertake good principles and management of our IT systems and website. However, due to the very nature of websites and the digital / online world, it is impossible to guarantee 100% security.

At any point in time you have the right to ask for (1) a copy of any personal information we hold about you, or to (2) ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong, or (3) ask for your personal information to be deleted from our records.
