“We began using Kathryn’s services back in 2013, to help us out with a wide range of activities relating to both sales and marketing. With being a reasonably large business, with training centres spread across 3 main cities, and sales teams within each city, we engaged Kathryn to provide some fresh strategic thinking to our business. Our internal marketing team is limited regarding time and resources, and we appreciated the option of having access to further strategic marketing expertise to support our overall approach.
Kathryn came on board and immediately did a full review of all our sales and marketing materials. This identified some further opportunities, along with some gaps in our approach. We then engaged her to do a full strategic marketing plan, followed up with a 12-Month Marketing Plan. Throughout the planning process, which was very much a collaborative effort, we had a high level of engagement and input. She even delved into assessing our sales funnel, looking at lead generation and lead conversion tactics, and provided further insights on how to improve our total sales.
We appreciated her insight and recommendations, and where possible we implemented a number of the key findings. She also did a lot of work on our website, improving our search engine optimisation and search rankings.
