TERMS OF TRADE

The following terms are issued by Aztera Marketing to ensure there are no misunderstandings at any time during the working relationship between clients and Aztera Marketing.

1. Aztera Marketing will issue proposals in writing prior to the commencement of any marketing work.
2. Proposals will outline the type of work proposed and prices will be provided (where possible) at a fixed cost, estimated cost, hourly rate, or a combination of these.
3. Agreement to commence work under a proposal issued by Aztera Marketing may be by telephone, email or in person, although clients are advised to confirm agreement to proposals in writing.
4. If any question arises as to agreement having been given to commence work under a proposal, and Aztera Marketing is given written notice to cease work, Aztera Marketing will be entitled to charge for all work commissioned to external suppliers on behalf of the client and all other marketing services and consultancy work completed up to and including the date of notice.
5. Miscellaneous disbursements such as photocopying will be charged at cost and invoiced at the completion of a project. All prices issued in proposals are exclusive of GST. GST will be charged on all work completed.
6. Aztera Marketing may issue invoices for payment on completion of any piece or pieces of work as either part or whole of a proposal.
7. Should Aztera Marketing be required to use external suppliers (such as and not limited to: graphic designers, web developers, print advertising, radio advertising, other forms of media, sign companies, printers), the total cost of such external supply shall be payable to Aztera Marketing. For booked advertising space, commercial printing and other specific ad-hoc external party work, payment (in full or part) will be required to be paid prior to final booking of work with the external party.
8. Standard payment terms for general marketing services and consultancy work are the 20th of the month following the date of invoice. Overdue accounts will be referred to an external debt collection agency and the cost of any collection activity will be the responsibility of the client.
9. In the unlikely event that a concern or dispute arises regarding work supplied by Aztera Marketing or any representative or agent thereof, notice of such must be received by Aztera Marketing within 7 days from the supply of such work. Resolution of any disputed matter is the sole discretion of Aztera Marketing.
10. For Google Ads campaign management services, Aztera Marketing is not responsible for any loss of sales, leads or conversions, as a result of the ads platform system including bidding system changes rolled out by Google, that may occur from time to time.
11. Aztera Marketing is committed to providing work to a high standard for clients, but does not take responsibility or accept liability for any results or actions associated with any work completed by consultants, service providers, or suppliers either contracted to or employed by Aztera Marketing, and by third-party providers including Google and Microsoft products / services.
